When we rehab a home, we make sure that all components are built to last and are in great condition. There are also two separate inspections to ensure work quality. One inspection is with the city or county (depending on location) for occupancy certification. The other inspection is done by the Section 8 program to ensure the property meets their requirements.
Yes, all properties come with tenants unless otherwise notated.
As soon as you close on the property all rent from that day forward goes to you.
We do not directly manage the property but we can put you in touch with our property manager to manage your property.
